Cultivating Flavor.

I’ve been in the garden since I was kid. When I was 16, I had a dream to build an operation up in the mountains where I grew up. I’ve always desired to supply, sustain, and live an extraordinary life on the land. Through practicing sustainability I have learned that nobody can do it alone, and that is where Top of the World Cultivator’s originated. I’ve studied with, interned for, and now collaborate with many of the top experts in the field.

Being a life-long cultivator, my friends and family were surprised when I chose to study economics at the University of Colorado, Boulder. To me, economics and sustainable agriculture go hand and hand. I’ve also worked in Aspen’s top restaurants since I was 15 years old, and I am passionate about food and service. I have a deep love for saving and breeding seeds, cultivating intense flavor, and cooking innovative dishes to produce an abundance of the most nutrient-dense and delicious foods of the earth.
